• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Deliver an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions to improve their home’s cleanliness, comfort, and protection.
• Keep company truck well‑maintained, organized, and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for part ordering.
• Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable, flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical written text; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical capabilities: lift/carry up to 20 lbs frequently, 50 lbs often, and 100 lbs occasionally; bend, squat, kneel, twist, and pull up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
