LSI is seeking Irrigation Technicians to join our team. This role is eligible for commission on all repairs and sales.

Base pay: $25.00/hr – $35.00/hr (DOE)

• Repairing and maintaining commercial irrigation systems.
• Troubleshooting, scheduling, and repairing irrigation systems.
• Installing systems and ensuring that they function efficiently.
• Repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves, and performing pump repairs.
• Adhering to company safety policy and ensuring public safety during crew operations.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Reporting results to the Irrigation Account Manager.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, talk or hear; able to move up to 75 lb.
