HVAC Installer Technician – Nashville, TN (Remote)

Competitive pay: $31–$42/hour ($64,480–$87,360 annually based off a 40 hour work week) + OT when authorized.

Per diem: $55/day + company lodging for regional travel.

Paid Time Off: start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure.

Paid holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas).

As an HVAC Installer/Service Technician, you will install and maintain commercial HVAC systems.

• Installation: pipe fitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping; troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Service: conduct maintenance, repairs, and emergency service on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Collaboration:
  
  work with dispatchers and supervisors for seamless project execution.
• Documentation: complete work orders and reports accurately using company‑issued iPad/iPhone.

• Required:
  
  2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug/background checks.
• Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship, journeyman license, or technical training.
• Physical: lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, wear PPE.
• Travel: flexibility for overtime and regional travel (per diem $55/day, lodging provided).

• Provided: service van, iPad, iPhone, PPE.
• Technician tools: hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges.
