Overview
Responsible for general maintenance of facility equipment and the cosmetic appearance of the property.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plumbing
- Minor electrical repairs
- Refrigeration troubleshooting
- HVAC troubleshooting
- Painting and drywall repairs
- Air filter changes and coil cleaning/washing

Qualifications
General construction and mechanical knowledge. Critical thinking skills for problem solving.
Skills
- Basic plumbing and repairs
- Troubleshooting kitchen and restaurant equipment
- Basic electrical repairs and breaker resets
- Ability to learn and adjust the energy management system
Physical Demands
Ability to move throughout the cafe during working hours (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods. Ability to sit for long periods, perform repetitive arm/hand/wrist movements, and work with manual dexterity. Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 10 pounds. Tolerance to heat, cold, chemicals, and noisy environments.
Additional Requirements
Ability to work independently without close supervision.
