As a Home Remodeler, you will be an integral part of our team, working on various projects to deliver exceptional results to our valued customers.

The Construction/ Remodeler will perform skilled trades work on residential renovation projects. This role involves hands-on tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and other remodeling activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their craft, and works well as part of a team to achieve outstanding results for homeowners.

Construction and Renovation Work:

• Perform various remodeling tasks, including framing, installing drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinetry installation.
• Assist with demolition work as needed, ensuring proper disposal of debris.
• Measure, cut, and install building materials with precision and care.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.

Quality Craftsmanship:

• Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Pay close attention to detail and follow project specifications.

Safety and Maintenance:

• Follow all safety protocols on job sites, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Take direction from supervisors or project leads as required.

• 2+ Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction work.
• Proficiency in a variety of trades, such as carpentry, painting, tiling, and drywall installation. Drywall and Cabinetry/finish experience is a PLUS!
• Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or project plans is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]) and work in various positions (e.g., kneeling, climbing ladders).
• Reliable transportation to job sites and a valid driver’s license.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and ability to work as part of a team.
