- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of multifamily Maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC knowledge with EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
- Proficiency in general apartment maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry)
- Ability to participate in after-hours/on-call rotation
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking property grounds and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Oversee maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Complete and supervise service requests and apartment make-readies
- Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls as needed
- Assist with interviewing, training, and supervising maintenance team members
Manage maintenance inventory and assist with budget oversight - Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and staff
