We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumber with 3–5+ years of experience to join our talented team.

We seek a Service Plumber with Construction knowledge to work on special projects and who is proficient in managing and executing Commercial projects in the Nashville, TN area. This role involves handling diverse plumbing projects and requires expertise in operating equipment such as a mini‑excavator, backhoe, sewer hydro jet, cameras, locators, and recirc pumps.

The position comes with a company vehicle, including a gas card, cell phone, and tablet. Compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, paying $30.00–$38.00 per hour based on experience.

• 3–5 years of Commercial Service Plumbing experience (required).
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications to plan and execute plumbing layouts for water supply, waste disposal, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes precisely while considering existing infrastructure.
• Experience roughing in water, waste, and vent piping using cast iron, copper pipe, CPVC, galvanized, PEX, and PVC.
• Skilled in cutting, threading, and soldering pipes as necessary, including using an acetylene torch.
• Competency in using plumbing tools and equipment safely.
• Installation, repair, and maintenance expertise with all plumbing fixtures.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify necessary repairs or replacements for operational plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers, vendors, co‑workers, and fellow plumbers, displaying patience and friendliness.
• Physical fitness and strength to work comfortably in confined or awkward spaces.

• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Mechanically inclined with problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle physical workload.

• Work may involve exposure to various weather conditions, confined spaces, heights, and potentially hazardous materials.
• Working non‑standard hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during emergencies or peak demand periods, may be required.
• MUST HAVE THE PHYSICAL ABILITY TO LIFT HEAVY EQUIPMENT, BEND, KNEEL, AND WORK IN TIGHT SPACES.
