Electrician

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking an Electrician 4 to join their team. As an Electrician 4, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting electrical systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Measure, cut, and bend wired and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
• Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Disassemble defective electrical equipment, replace defective or worn parts, and reassemble equipment, using hand tools.
• Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation and tighten connections, using hand tools.

• High school diploma or GED required. Technical degree or certification preferred.
• 8-10 years experience required.
• Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
