This full‑time, entry‑level position is available Monday to Friday and requires on‑call availability, overtime, and weekend work.
360 Fire & Flood is a leading national disaster restoration company committed to comprehensive and efficient solutions for commercial and industrial clients affected by fire, water, and other disasters.
What You’ll Do- Set, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises, including reading and recording of data.
- Demolition of property and debris removal.
- Perform structural and content cleaning and assist with mold clean‑up.
- Maintain detailed measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, work orders, and other documentation; enter data into job management and tracking systems.
- Communicate work details and job status to clients, managers, and teammates.
- Maintain a neat, orderly worksite and obey all safety rules to prevent hazards.
- Maintain one’s work truck clean, organized, and stocked with required equipment.
- Assist other departments and technicians as needed.
- Apply basic knowledge of math, reading, typing, and computer functions.
- Follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Use basic hand tools and power tools.
- Operate safely in heights, confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted; perform required stances and movements.
- Wear required PPE, including respirators, Tyvek suit, rubber boots, eye protection, and gloves.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and harsh indoor environments.
- Complete tasks efficiently and within required timelines.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Show willingness to learn new tasks or jobs.
- Be available for overtime, weekends, and on‑call emergency after‑hours calls.
- 1 year of water damage restoration experience (preferred).
- Driver’s license (required).
- IICRC certification (preferred).
- Full Time.
- Monday to Friday.
