Coolray Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking experienced, customer-focused HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing Nashville team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, helping them understand their options and recommending solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and system reliability.

Do I have What it Takes?

• Previous residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a variety of HVAC systems
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to effectively explain technical information to homeowners
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
