Description
What will you do as a Youth Care Specialist for our youth residential programs?
- Provide supervision, support, guidance, and build a therapeutic relationship with the youth under your care.
- Engage with youth in the program, provide direction, structure, and support for their physical and physiological needs. Schedule and participate in activities, ensure the physical environment remains clean and safe, complete daily documentation as required by regulatory standards, and transport clients as needed for appointments and activities.
- Travel to various residential facilities within the Nashville area as required.
- Work the rotating schedule:
1st
Shift: 7 am – 7 pm or 2nd
Shift: 7 pm – 7 am
Week 1:
Monday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
What does this position offer? (Not available for PT or PRN roles)
- Starting Pay Range: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the program
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in a residential youth or adult operation or related child and family services experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be at least 21 years old
- All full‑time employees must work one of the following schedules: 1st shift (7 am – 7 pm) or 2nd shift (7 pm – 7 am)
