Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with experience across K-12th grade is sought for a contract position based in Nashville, TN, running ASAP through the end of the school year.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload including preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students. Candidates with pediatric SLP expertise and comfortable supporting students from 1st through 12th grade are encouraged to apply. Part-time applicants will also be considered for flexible opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy to students across all grade levels, from preschool through 12th grade
* Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students communication needs
* Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and state regulations
* Participate in team meetings and parental conferences to discuss student progress
Desired
Qualifications:
* Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* Experience working in pediatric settings or schools across multiple grade levels (K-12)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators, parents, and students
* Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adjust services as necessary
