Oasis Center seeks an Outreach Case Manager to actively participate in the crisis-to-housing continuum for youth in Nashville. You will conduct street canvassing, assessments, safety planning, and coordinated entry services to RHSY, supporting housing goals and access to resources.
The role requires a Bachelor's in a human services field, one year of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time position within the Street Outreach program.
