React Native Lead @ Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Client: Tractor Supply Company
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000
Employment type: Full‑time
Senior level: Mid‑Senior
Responsibilities- Lead and develop mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
- Mentor and conduct code reviews for the mobile engineering team.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and backend teams.
- Ensure app performance, quality, and timely delivery.
- 5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script.
- Experience with APIs, native modules, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
