Software Developer 3 – Oracle

You will focus on writing code that powers monitoring and management of large numbers of OCI Compute instances, on‑premises systems, other clouds, or Kubernetes clusters. If you have built distributed software systems, this is your opportunity to join a team of brilliant engineers to shape our "develop, test, deploy, manage" strategy! You must be comfortable not only writing great software but also managing its life cycle when deployed in the cloud.

If you are comfortable with software‑engineering fundamentals such as efficient algorithms, data‑structures, CI‑CD, REST APIs, test frameworks, server and client‑side mocking technologies, and agile methodologies, we would be interested in talking to you.

• Proven experience with Go, Java, Python
• Proven experience with testing frameworks (TestNG, Mockito desired)
• Working knowledge of shell scripting, Java Script
• Comfortable with SQL and Oracle Database development
• Demonstrable software‑engineering skills (Algorithms, Object‑Oriented Programming)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Working knowledge of container technology (Docker and Kubernetes)

• Assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the development, debugging, or design of software applications or operating systems.
• Provide technical leadership to other software developers.
• Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Experience with distributed systems and an ability to work in a dynamic, uncertain environment.

Hiring Range in USD from $79,200 - $178,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
