This role is key to our mission of building the best possible technical product for small business owners across the U.S.—the Entre Leadership Elite app. As our flagship product, Elite serves as the one‑stop shop for helping business owners navigate every stage of their journey, from “Treadmill Operator” to “Legacy Builder.” We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about technology—someone eager to grow in the craft of software engineering and wanting to lead the charge in bringing hope and transformation to our clients through the power of tech.

• You have 4+ years of backend/ fullstack web development experience in Java (preferably Spring) for backend
• You have experience building custom interface components and clean, portable code
• You have experience building applications that scale and are in accordance with industry best practices
• You have a strong desire to continuously learn and grow in the software engineering craft
• You preferably have some experience in experimenting with AI/ AI concepts

• Helping to build a world‑class, highly responsive consumer web application that aligns with the needs of our customers, written in Java backend, VueJS frontend.
• Collaborating with team members to create technical solutions and solving problems
• Building relationships within the Entre Leadership team, helping to foster an environment of collaboration and excellent teamwork
• Practicing test‑driven development (unit testing, integration testing)
• Actively learning new things in tech and sharing best practices/ learnings with the team
• Writing defensive, quality code that stays focused on delivering quality while maintaining a customer centric mindset for our small business clients.
