Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition @ KANINI Software Solutions

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, Lightning components, and integrations, and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Customize Salesforce features including Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
• Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and ensure best coding practices
• Implement and manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with Salesforce best practices
• Support production issues and perform ongoing system enhancements
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (experience level can be adjusted)
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce
  , and Salesforce declarative tools
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and data modeling
• Experience with API integrations and middleware tools (Mule Soft, Boomi, etc.)
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model
  , roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II
  , Administrator
  , or App Builder
• Experience with Experience Cloud
  , CPQ
  , or Marketing Cloud
• CI/CD and Dev Ops experience using Git, Jenkins, or Copado
• Prior experience in large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementations

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to qualit
