HubsAI Technical Co-Founder​/CTO

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Co-Founder/CTO to lead the development of the HubsAI Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This is an opportunity to be a foundational leader in a high‑growth Web3/e-commerce platform that tokenizes customer rewards for major brands.

Deliver a fully functional reward platform where e-commerce customers can claim tokenized rewards (NFTs) based on purchases, view their assets, stake tokens, and engage with basic gamified rewards (e.g., spin‑to‑win).

Core Minting Engine Integration: Deep experience integrating or building a Solana-based minting engine.

• Implementing and managing Solana-based token/NFT integration.
• Experience with token claims, wallet viewing, and staking mechanics.

Transaction Logic: Implementing reward logic, token burning, and transaction hash display (including frontend/backend integration).

Cloud Infrastructure: Hands‑on experience with AWS ECS Fargate backend deployment.

Dev Ops & Security:

• Setting up CI/CD pipelines (e.g., with Git/Git Hub Actions).
• Managing Secrets Manager integration and setting up monitoring/logging with Sentry.
• Defining staging and production environments.

API Development: Building robust backend REST/Graph

QL APIs (likely in a modern language like Node.js, Python, or Go) to support frontend applications.

Frontend Development (Vue.js): Component architecture, routing, and reusable components.

E-commerce Integration (Shopify): Experience with the Shopify API for integrating with the merchant's store, specifically handling webhooks (HMAC validation, tracking purchases, and fulfilling orders).

Order‑to‑NFT Automation: Setting up reliable automation for the flow from a customer purchase in Shopify to the minting and claimable NFT reward.

The co‑founder will be responsible for the end‑to‑end development of the following major features outlined in the SOW, with estimated development time ranging from 310–435 hours:

• Merchant Onboarding & User Authentication:
  Streamlined flow for merchants and email‑based user registration/login (no initial crypto wallet required).
• User Dashboard:
  Displaying claimed NFTs, token balances, staking status, and leader board position.
• Spin & Win Engine:
  Implementing the basic Spin‑to‑Win gamification feature, including logic, configuration, and rate‑limiting protections.
• Admin Portals:
  Building basic interfaces for Brand configuration and an internal Admin Dashboard for analytics and transactional reporting.

• A proven track record of shipping production‑ready applications, ideally in a startup environment.
• The ability to transform design assets (Figma) into high‑fidelity functional code.
• A roll‑up‑your‑sleves attitude—you will be the sole developer initially, owning the full technical architecture and execution.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with the CEO (non‑technical) and future team members.
