Capgemini invites a full‑time Conversational Developer to join our team in Nashville, TN.
Job DescriptionWe empower you to shape your career in a collaborative, global community. As a Conversational Developer, you will design and build intelligent virtual agents that enhance customer interactions and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and test Dialogflow CX flows, including fulfillment and integration.
- Write and maintain Python‑based webhook services and automation scripts.
- Architect solutions on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging relevant services for CCAS.
- Implement webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend integration patterns.
- Integrate telecom systems such as CRM, billing platforms, and IVR.
- Apply Gen AI, Playbooks, and CCAI Insights to improve agent performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide technical guidance to peers.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering; 3+ years designing conversational interfaces or virtual agents, preferably in the telecom domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Contact Center AI specialization).
- Experience with Speech‑to‑Text, Text‑to‑Speech, and Agent Assist.
- Knowledge of telecom challenges such as call routing, number portability, and service provisioning.
- Proficiency with analytics tools for conversational performance tracking.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design thinking.
The base compensation range for this role in Nashville is $62,200 to $150,250. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
