AI ML Systems Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and technological sector, is seeking an AI ML Systems Engineer IV to join their team. As an AI ML Systems Engineer IV, you will be part of the Global Engineering Services Team supporting controls, software, and hardware design for retrofits in fulfillment centers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AI ML Systems Engineer IV

Location: Nashville, TN | Fully onsite

Pay Range:$70 on Experis W2 | Not open to C2C engagement

What's the Job?

• Leverage deep technical expertise to enhance infrastructure operations and support AI/ML initiatives.
• Develop and implement full-stack solutions focused on AI development and automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate industrial systems and protocols such as OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, and REST APIs.
• Create comprehensive documentation to communicate technical concepts effectively with senior leadership.
• Investigate processes and develop tools to streamline project lifecycle and decision‑making processes.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and full‑stack software engineering.
• 3+ years of implementing ML/DL algorithms in Python using frameworks like PyTorch, Keras, or scikit‑learn.
• 2+ years of building Generative AI applications, including LLM‑driven solutions in production.
• 1+ year of deploying AI agents at scale in production environments.
• and ECS/EKS.
