Backend Engineer (Mid‑Level)

Ramsey Solutions, a personal‑finance platform headquartered in Franklin, TN, is hiring a Backend Engineer to join our Product Engineering team.

As a Backend Engineer you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting innovative technology solutions that power our consumer‑facing products. The position is full‑time, on‑site, with flexible schedules and relocation assistance available.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build custom interface components and write clean, portable code.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across all services.
• Practice test‑driven development—including unit and integration testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create technical solutions and solve problems.
• Prototype new ideas and transform them into production‑ready products.

• 3–10+ years of backend/full‑stack web development experience.
• Proficiency in an OOP language, preferably Java or Kotlin.
• Experience building applications that scale and follow industry best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Team‑player who can collaborate across disciplines.
