Job Description

- Supports existing applications, monitors system performance, and works based on impact to the business. May coordinate cross‑functional IT departments to resolve issues.
- Uses troubleshooting skills to identify, research, and propose solutions to problems and implements necessary changes or corrective action.
- Executes the full lifecycle of software development.
- Produces specifications and determines operational feasibility.
- Integrates software components into a fully functional software system.
- Develops software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Documents and maintains software functionality.
- Tailsors and deploys software tools, processes and metrics.
- Serves as a subject‑matter expert.
- Complies with project plans and industry standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience developing APIs in .NET (C#), Python, and Java.
- Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of the client's business to translate needs into IT solutions.
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to changing business needs and evolving technology landscapes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Azure and AWS, with experience designing cloud‑native applications using serverless and containerized architectures.
- Extensive experience with BFF design patterns, API Gateway, and middleware solutions.
- Strong experience with authentication and security using Okta, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Strong knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates).
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Experience working in agile development environments, leading technical discussions, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Extensive knowledge of building REST and Graph
QL APIs. - Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Required to attend additional training as requested or deemed necessary.
Salary: $79,300 - $119,000
