IDR is seeking a Senior Service Now Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role involves leading platform modernization efforts, supporting migrations, and redesigning workflows within a dynamic IT environment. The client is a prominent organization in the technology and services industry, focused on optimizing their Service Now platform and processes.
Position Overview for the Senior Service Now Developer:- Lead Service Now workflow redesign and platform modernization.
- Support migration to the latest Service Now release, including testing, remediation, deployment, and stabilization.
- Develop and configure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related modules.
- Build workflows, catalog items, forms, approvals, and automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and data imports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain platform governance, code quality, release management, and development best practices.
- Develop dashboards, reports, documentation, and testing materials.
- Evaluate and implement Service Now AI capabilities, including Now Assist.
- 5+ years of enterprise Service Now development experience.
- Experience with recent Service Now releases and platform modernization.
- Hands-on experience redesigning workflows, automations, catalog items, and integrations.
- Experience with Service Now upgrades, migrations, or major version transitions.
