Your role
* Boomi Integration Lead to anchor the UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management managed services engagement.
* This role will be responsible for leading the transition from UKG Professional Services to Capgemini, establishing the support model, and driving steady-state delivery for Boomi-based integrations embedded within the UKG SaaS platform.
* The role combines technical leadership, transition management, and service delivery ownership.## Your skills and experience
* 10 plus years total experience including 5+ years in Boomi Strong expertise in Dell Boomi (Atom Sphere)
* Integration process design
* API integrations (REST/SOAP)
* Data mapping and transformations
* Experience in leading integration platforms in enterprise environments
* Strong exposure to UKG / Kronos Workforce Management platform
* Understanding of Timekeeping, Labor scheduling, Payroll integrations
* Prior onshore/client-facing experience is mandatory#LI-RM1 - Hybrid
