Job Summary

To carry out safe and effective training to PT clients and carry on the QNTM Fit Life core values to provide five star service to both the health club and the PT Client.

Duties & Responsibilities

Communicating with Clients in relation to appointments

Confirm all session appointments with clients by way of phone or email for next business day

Communicating with Staff Members and Managers in relation to problems that may arise

Scheduling appointments and organizing sessions

Managing clients information using Data Trak and Club OS

Client Evaluations once every 4
-6 weeks which include, but are not limited to, circumference measurements, body composition analysis, physical fitness tests, etc.

Producing 20+ sessions per week

Maintaining cleanliness and safe operating standards of all equipment

Attending Trainer Meetings held weekly on-site

Ensuring safe exercise practices of all members and clients

Required Education, Experience, and Education

Current Nationally Recognized Certification

Demonstrated Personal Training Experience

2 years of health club or hospitality experience (preferred)

CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
