Location:

Riverbend Maximum Security Institution, Davidson County, Tennessee.

Background screening:
Motor Vehicle Records screening prior to employment. Criminal background check required.

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Three years of store keeping experience, or substitute experience for education on a year‑for‑year basis.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license may be required for some positions.

• Review pick plans and delivery documents to determine products, quantities, and locations for orders placed.
• Maintain daily activity logs for all orders pulled and backed.
• Ensure accuracy of warehouse stock by inspecting incoming goods, documenting damage, monitoring expiration dates, and comparing purchase records; perform physical inventory counts.
• Operate equipment to move and transport inventory, and operate motor vehicles to distribute customer orders.
• Perform safety checks on applicable vehicles.
• Communicate with staff to ensure smooth delivery processes; report shipping/receiving errors to supervisors and vendors for accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or delivery issues.
