The OpportunityWe’re looking for a USCG‑licensed 100‑Ton Captain to join our team and lead operations aboard our iconic passenger vessels. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to be the face of Nashville’s riverfront, guiding guests on board and safely navigating historic paddle‑wheelers through the heart of Music City.
As Captain, you’ll:- Command one of our two riverboats, maneuvering with precision in swift river current and docking facilities…. SAFETY FIRST.
- Lead crew and set the tone for an exceptional guest experience from the moment passengers board.
- Be a trusted ambassador of safety, hospitality, and professionalism. Responsible for safe operation of the riverboats.
- Play a central role in weddings, corporate functions, and public cruises that become lifelong memories for our guests.
- Operate one of the most unique and historic vessels in the region.

Requirements- USCG 100‑Ton Master’s License (required).
- Proven experience captaining 90’+ passenger vessels, with skill in close‑quarters maneuvering. Paddlewheel experience preferred.
- A true “people person” — approachable, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent organizational skills.
