Job Summary:
The Transportation Coordinator, under the direction of the Logistics Transportation Manager, performs operational functions related to the dispatching and scheduling of drivers.

Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain route schedules and database information.
- Maintain service distribution reps calendar and schedule internal routes coverage.
- Ensure effective customer service by interfacing with field operations, other internal departments, and external vendors and suppliers in resolving transportation problems and in answering or referring questions as appropriate.
- Respond to inquiries regarding tracking information.
- Help plan, develop, communicate, and monitor transportation routes, drivers' schedules, pickups and deliveries, assignments, vehicle maintenance, and coordinate departures and arrivals with other departments.
- Schedule inbound and outbound courier services while optimizing carrier selection.
- Perform all responsibilities in alignment with industry’s best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect sensitive data.
- Abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all policies, including Privacy and Security policies.

Non-essential Functions:
- Collaborate with other departments within Path Group and subsidiaries.
- Duties may be reassigned as needed.
