Responsibilities:/strong/p

li Communicates in a clear and consistent mannerandwith high integrity both internally and externally./li
li Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts./li
li Accurate data enters company computer systems./li
li Escalates and/ or resolves problems per guidelines./li
li Works with team members to solve problems./li
li Provide clear work instructions to drivers./li
li Demonstrates high resource utilization./li
li Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./li
li Other duties may be assigned./li

Qualifications:

liHigh School Diploma or equivalent (Required)./li
li Strong customer service skills/li
li Proficient communicator in English (Required)./li
li Bilingual - Proficient communicator in English and Spanish (Preferred)/li
li Basic knowledge ofmotor carrier operations and geography/li
li Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software./li
