The role is home daily with guaranteed weekly hours and built‑in overtime, following long‑term railroad contracts for stability. Expect a 12‑hour shift, with day or night schedules and weekends as needed.
Work is largely outdoors and hands‑on, fueling locomotives and performing safety inspections. Paid training is provided, and full benefits begin after 30 days as the company supports ongoing safety
