Warehouse Associate – Chick‑fil‑A Supply

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply Nashville Distribution Center located in Antioch, TN. Chick‑fil‑A Supply strives to be the most caring distribution center in the world with scheduling, pay and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.

Monday through Saturday from 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (4 10‑hour days). The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts every 4 months.

Starting at $20.75 per hour.

• Extreme Temperature:
  Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10 °F to 100 °F) is required.
• Heavy Weights:
  Reach, bend and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case; occasionally use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.
• Language:
  Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.

• Experience in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required; previous work in food distribution is a plus.
