Southern Hobby is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pull, ship, and pack orders, stock inventory, perform cycle counts, load/unload freight, and carry out other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, and requires a solid, consistent pace with a high degree of accuracy.

• Use the RF gun to pick items for orders with accuracy.
• Pack and prepare items for shipping.
• Review, measure, weigh, and select the correct shipping rate and service for each order.
• Assist with quarterly and yearly inventory as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as communicated by the leadership team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Preference for 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience (willing to train the right person).
• Familiarity with RF scanner equipment.
• Good organizational skills, strong work ethic, and a commitment to performing at your best.
• Ability to comprehend and adhere to all warehouse safety best practices.
• Comfortable with lifting to 50 lbs., depending on the task.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. safely.
