Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
The Associate Inventory Administrator is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, processing, and shipment of inventory within the AT&T Supply Chain facility. This position supports Operations, Network Services, and Engineering teams by ensuring accurate inventory levels, timely equipment preparation, and proper documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and manage accurate inventory levels through system updates and physical counts.
- Prepare equipment and materials for shipment or pickup following company and carrier standards (Fed Ex, UPS, and LTL).
- Receive, inspect, and restock inventory in designated storage areas.
- Ensure all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and logistics partners for pickups, returns, and deliveries.
- Load and unload trucks and handle all related shipping/receiving documentation.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Support Operations and Engineering teams with equipment relocations and logistics needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
