* Job Summary:

** The Lead Warehouse Associate will provide timely, efficient loading and unloading services for the departments.
** Job Description
**** Essential Functions
*** Loading and unloading all materials for plant operation that requires the use of the tow motor.
* Checking the proper stacking, wrapping, and banding of any materials on skids to ensure its safe transportation.
* Ensuring safe operation of tow motor and pallet jack.
* Checking incoming freight for quantity, quality, and ensuring that regulations are met.
* Inspecting engine oil level and other fluid levels daily to ensure proper engine performance.  Weekly cleaning of Tow Motor especially dust from the radiator.
* Providing dock work as needed or instructed by Manager
* Coordinating storage of all seasonal materials with Warehouse Manager or the Director of Production.
* Assisting manager in carrying out program plans for workers with disabilities.
* Maintaining current inventory of material in warehouse.
* Be knowledgeable of and comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, at all times.
* Regular, reliable attendance, as defined in Goodwill’s attendance policy.
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.###

** Knowledge and Skills
*** Ability to follow verbal instructions and to work as a team member.
* Ability to prioritize demands from different departments.
* Must have the ability to lift of carry 75 pounds continuously.
* Must have knowledge of proper methods of lifting, pushing, and pulling materials.
* Must be able to learn the techniques of the job from short demonstration up to and including one month.
* Must be able to read and do basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
** Certifications and Licenses
