We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a Surveillance Officer. This position will report directly to the Surveillance Manager & Director and will be responsible for:

• Conduct surveillance through the CCTV system utilizing the necessary equipment to identify, record and document procedural violations and unusual activities.
• Communicate violations in a timely manner to appropriate supervisory personnel and follows up with accurate and detailed documentation.
• Prepare additional reports when applicable.
• Conduct video reviews as assigned.
• Documents equipment malfunctions.
• Responsible for compliance with all related State and company regulatory requirements.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in casino surveillance preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Must be computer literate.
• Vision must be correctable to 20/20.

• Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to sit for 6-8 hours.

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License. Cost of license is covered by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. Travel to Jackson, MS will be mandatory for this licensing process.
