The role requires at least 2 years of step-down or medical-surgical nursing experience and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS. The nurse will provide care for higher-acuity patients, prioritize patient needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team during 12-hour night shifts.

Requirements:

• Active RN license
Scope of Role:
Provide care for higher-acuity patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Maintain clinical competencies, prioritize patient care, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
