• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee treatment planning.
• Provide direct patient care and ensure compliance with facility standards.
• Mentor, train, and retain skilled nursing professionals.
• Promote teamwork, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.

• Current RN license (state of practice).
• 3+ years of nursing experience (preferably in long-term or skilled care).
• 1+ year in nursing leadership/administration.
• Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.
• Weekend availability required.
