A leading cruise company is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team in Natchez, Mississippi for the 2026 season. This role involves creating diverse and healthy meals for guests and crew while maintaining high culinary standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience, preferably in hotels or cruise ships. A Serv Safe Manager Certification is strongly preferred.

The position entails a work rotation of 6 to 8 weeks onboard followed by 1 to 2 weeks off.
