• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Sports Administration, or related field is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Previous experience working with diverse and at-risk populations.
• Experience as a student-athlete or in athletic administration is preferred.
