Counselor​/Therapist

Overview

Magnolia Belle Women's Addiction Wellness is seeking a skilled and compassionate counselor/therapist to join our addiction and dual diagnosis treatment program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction and mental health treatment, and a passion for helping those struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with addiction and dual diagnosis disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
• Provide education and support to clients  families and loved ones.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

• Master s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Addiction Counselors (RAC, CAC, and LAC) are encouraged to apply.
• State licensure or certification as a counselor or therapist.
• Experience working with addiction and dual diagnosis clients.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for addiction and mental health disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use computer and the ability to drive.

• Full time. Looking for someone that can start immediately.
