Pilgrim’s is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll oversee critical operations such as Feed Mill maintenance, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, sanitation, budgeting, and productivity while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process coordination. • Monitor feed sampling.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
• Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.
• Match feed delivery tickets, etc.
• Minimal, if any, travel is required.
• Routine discomforts from exposure to moderate heat, cold, moisture/wetness, and unpleasant air conditions.
• May involve routine exposure to soiled materials and light chemical substances such as cleaning solutions

• 3-5 years’ experience in poultry industry required
• 2 to 5 years of Commercial Feed experience required
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred
• Mechanically inclined preferred.
• Working knowledge of bag feed operations preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Word, Excel, etc)
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday with occasional weekends.
• Benefits:

• Base salary range of $58,015.00 - $70,488.00
• 3-5 years’ experience in poultry industry required
• 2 to 5 years of Commercial Feed experience required
