Delivery DriverSalary range: $13.75 to $14.50 per hour.*
About the RoleDelivery Drivers keep Aaron’s moving. This isn’t a tedious desk job—on our team you’ll be inside, outside, driving, installing, showing customers how to use merchandise, and supporting the store by moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. Every day will be different, and you’ll connect with many good people in our community.

General Manager
- Solid communication skills
- Working knowledge of electronics
- Desire to help customers
- Load, secure and protect merchandise
- Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise
- Safely operate delivery vehicle
- Assist in store when needed
- Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly; training and tools provided
- Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required)
- No overnight travel

Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
