Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States. We are looking for a bilingual Sales Advocate to serve our customers and drive sales growth.

• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Attend outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as required.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
• Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales background helpful but not required.
• Age 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Must work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation; live within 30 minutes of the store.
• Must be able to operate a personal computer.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance per Team Color policy.

• Lift up to 10 pounds.
• Can bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
• Stand for long periods; acceptable with reasonable accommodation.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Follow instructions to completion.
• Problem‑solve under pressure.
