Customer Support Specialist
Join the Scruba Dub Team! Scruba Dub Auto Wash Centers, New England's premier car wash, is seeking a dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Natick, MA. As a 60 year old family business, Scruba Dub is proud to be both a Boston Globe and USA Today Top Workplace!
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the friendly helpful face of Scruba Dub, interacting with customers in-person, over the phone and via email. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our many unlimited members and other customers.
What You'll Do:
- Provide top-notch customer service, both in-person and over the phone
- Educate customers about our products and services
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records in our database
- Stay up-to-date on our evolving products and services
- Assist with our unlimited membership program
- Data entry from different reporting systems
- Small incident report triaging
- Maintain clean and organized office and lounge area
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- A knack for building strong relationships with customers
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A positive and professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Gmail, Word, and Excel

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
- Microsoft Word: 1 year (Required)
