Job Summary
Medical Director/Primary Care Physician – Mass General Brigham Natick and 981 Worcester St., Wellesley. Lead an outpatient primary‑care practice, provide direct patient care, guide clinical operations, support quality improvement, mentor staff, and collaborate with administrative leadership to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Experience in outpatient primary care practice
- Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities
- Provide direct patient care within the practice
- Guide clinical operations and support quality‑improvement initiatives
- Mentor providers and collaborate with administrative leadership
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care
- Salary range: $250,000 to $290,000 annually
