Join an established private practice specializing in Vision Therapy in Natick, Massachusetts, just 30 minutes from Boston. We are seeking a Full-Time Optometrist to join a dedicated team of 2 ODs, 4 Therapists, and experienced administrative staff.
Position DetailsFull-Time or Part-Time opportunity
- Full-Time schedule: 40 hours/week
- 5 days per week (Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday)
- 9-hour shifts (8 clinical/administrative hours + 1-hour unpaid lunch)
See up to 12 patients per day
Private practice focused on Vision Therapy and Neuro
- Optometric rehabWe provide specialized care for Pediatric developmental cases and neuro-rehabilitation for adults
- Full Time
- Guaranteed base salary of $170,000 annually
- Performance Bonus
- Earning Potential: $194,000 annually
- High-performing doctors may exceed $300,000 annually with uncapped bonus potential long term
- 1099 or W2 employment options available
- Perform comprehensive functional and developmental vision evaluations
- Lead and oversee vision therapy and neuro-rehabilitative care
- Complete detailed patient reports and progress evaluations
- Maintain strong communication with patients and families
- Collaborate closely with the practice manager and therapy team
- Must have 3+ years of Vision Therapy experience, or have completed a residency in vision therapy and binocular vision in a private practice setting
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree

All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.
