Moderate Disabilities | Grades 4-5 | 5-8 Students.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM (8 hours/day).

Up to $65/hour, based on experience.

As a Special Education Teacher, you will provide individualized instruction and specialized support to 4th- and 5th-grade students with disabilities in a structured elementary school classroom serving 5-8 students. You will create a supportive learning environment that promotes academic, behavioral, social, and developmental growth while meeting each student's unique needs.

• Valid Massachusetts teaching license with Special Education certification in Moderate Disabilities;
  Severe
  * Disabilities certification preferred.
• Eligibility to teach in Massachusetts through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
• Master's degree and SEI endorsement.
• Experience working in special education, inclusion, or substantially separate classroom settings.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts special education regulations and IEP development.
• Experience designing and delivering individualized instruction for students with disabilities.
• Ability to work a structured, full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.
