Key Responsibilities- Deliver Technical Training:
Lead engaging, hands‑on courses on MATLAB, Simulink, and related toolboxes, tailored to customer applications in image processing, ADAS, and AI. - Perform Needs Analysis:
Leveraging skill gap and learning needs analyses to design persona‑specific learning paths. - Customize Learning Experiences:
Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows and develop customized training curricula that address specific technical learning needs. - Drive Product Adoption:
Ensure successful onboarding and usage of Math Works products by helping customers apply tools effectively to their projects. - Provide Strategic Feedback:
Share insights from training sessions with internal teams to influence product development and sales strategies. - Cross
Collaboration:
Collaborate across customer‑facing engineering, development, marketing, and sales teams to deliver optimal training solutions tailored to customer needs. - Enhance Course Quality:
Continuously improve training delivery based on participant feedback and learning outcomes. - Support Content Development:
Contribute to the creation and refinement of course materials to reflect the latest product features and industry trends. - Stay Current:
Maintain expertise in emerging technologies and new capabilities within Math Works products to ensure up‑to‑date instruction.
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a Ph.D. degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
- Candidates must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
- MS or Ph.D. in Engineering required, preferably in Electrical Engineering with a focus on image processing or computer vision.
- Passion for teaching and enabling others to succeed.
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and statistical analysis.
- Exposure to ADAS technologies, multi‑sensor data fusion, or path planning algorithms is a plus.
- Experience using MATLAB and Simulink in academic or industry settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior teaching, training, or TA experience is highly desirable.
