• Deliver Technical Training:
  Lead engaging, hands‑on courses on MATLAB, Simulink, and related toolboxes, tailored to customer applications in image processing, ADAS, and AI.
• Perform Needs Analysis:
  Leveraging skill gap and learning needs analyses to design persona‑specific learning paths.
• Customize Learning Experiences:
  Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows and develop customized training curricula that address specific technical learning needs.
• Drive Product Adoption:
  Ensure successful onboarding and usage of Math Works products by helping customers apply tools effectively to their projects.
• Provide Strategic Feedback:
  Share insights from training sessions with internal teams to influence product development and sales strategies.

• Stay Current:
  Maintain expertise in emerging technologies and new capabilities within Math Works products to ensure up‑to‑date instruction.

• A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a Ph.D. degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
• Candidates must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

• MS or Ph.D. in Engineering required, preferably in Electrical Engineering with a focus on image processing or computer vision.
• Passion for teaching and enabling others to succeed.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and statistical analysis.
• Exposure to ADAS technologies, multi‑sensor data fusion, or path planning algorithms is a plus.
• Experience using MATLAB and Simulink in academic or industry settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior teaching, training, or TA experience is highly desirable.
