• What our teams love most:
• Guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $900.00 per week, paid weekly.
• Earn even more as a Team Lead up to $23 an hour including tips and wages (requires valid driver's license and ability to drive a company car).
• Pay $16-$23 per hour, 30-40 hrs a week / up to 8 hr shifts daily.
• Earn paid time off up to 40 hours a year.
• Earn one hour of paid time off for every 30 hrs worked.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process to delight every customer. Earn tips. Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Make customers feel you care about their home. If you're a team lead (driving the vehicle), manage the team's schedule and drive safely.
• The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and the team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the company car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Delegate duties while cleaning and then check partners' work. Maintain the company car—notify staff of any issues (oil change needed, brakes squeaking, low tire pressure, etc.).
• This job will be a great fit for you if you enjoy working with people, working on a team, working in different environments, performing physical work, taking pride in attention to detail, and providing great customer service. You also want to learn new things and work in various environments. You enjoy helping people.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• We participate in E-Verify.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, daytime hours (8am-5pm).
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
