Corporate Controller
Title: Corporate Controller
Salary: $125k–$210k
Location: Greater Boston

– Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a blended accounting and analytics team, including oversight of US Accounts Payable
- Oversee the monthly close‑to‑report cycle with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls
- Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual journal entries and enhance efficiency
- Partner across the organization on reporting, complex accounting matters, and evolving SaaS/term‑based models
- Collaborate with Finance Systems to design and implement workflow and reporting enhancements
- Build financial models and tools that support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Interpret financial and non‑financial data to explain variances and improve decision‑making
- Operate as a highly collaborative leader who models clear communication and thoughtful problem‑solving
- CPA or CA strongly preferred
- Public accounting and/or technology/SaaS experience
- 7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience + 2+ years managing teams
- Strong presentation skills and comfort communicating with senior leadership
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement and automation
- Ability to balance deep operational accounting work with strategic financial analysis
- Collaborative, humble leadership style with strong critical thinking skills
